skip pavilion

The Skip Pavillion is used for organising a wide range of events, from conferences and exhibitions to workshops. It is a prefabricated construction with a wooden framework. At both ends, the metal covering features two horizontal openings.

The Pavillion takes its name from the carts that transported iron ore up an inclined lift to the throat armour for loading the blast furnace.

Originally located near the Raemerich traffic circle in Esch-sur-Alzette, the Skip has been moved and is now located on the Blast furnace terrace now.
